Power of Attorney

Power of Attorney (PoA) prepared in a format prescribed by law is certified as per prevalent rules and laws. The grantor/principal of power of attorney must be present in the Embassy and must sign the document in the presence of the head of mission. 

The required documents are:

  1. Copies of ownership certificate (if it is related to land/property)
  2. Marriage registration certificate (if it is related to marriage/divorce)
  3. Photographs (2 each) 
  4. Copies of Nepali Citizenship Certificate of all parties, and
  5. Current passport (original and photocopy)
  6. A Valid Visa of New Zealand
  7. An application form (from all parties) – please contact embassy for this. 
  8. Applicable fee of AUD 300.00
