Power of Attorney (PoA) prepared in a format prescribed by law is certified as per prevalent rules and laws. The grantor/principal of power of attorney must be present in the Embassy and must sign the document in the presence of the head of mission.
The required documents are:
- Copies of ownership certificate (if it is related to land/property)
- Marriage registration certificate (if it is related to marriage/divorce)
- Photographs (2 each)
- Copies of Nepali Citizenship Certificate of all parties, and
- Current passport (original and photocopy)
- A Valid Visa of New Zealand
- An application form (from all parties) – please contact embassy for this.
- Applicable fee of AUD 300.00
