Requirements

You must have a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months of validity from the entry date in Nepal.
If you do not visit the country within the validity of a visa that is within 6 months, the visa will be canceled. The Visa fee is non-refundable.
Visa once issued cannot be withdrawn and visa fees cannot be refunded.
It must be used within six months from the date of issue. Underage of 18 applications must be signed by parents/guardians.
An application must be submitted online (See visa application link above).

Notes

Children under the age of 10 and individuals shall be exempted from visa fees. Likewise, individuals holding Non-Resident Nepalese Association (NRNA) cards and passport holders of member states of the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) will not be charged for the visa valid up to 30 days and no visa fee shall be applicable to the Chinese passport holder up to 150 days.

However, an urgent/same-day visa surcharge of NZD 25.00 will apply for the children as well. Please kindly give us a call prior to visiting the office for visa application purposes.
